❌ inGo Prohibited Items Policy

This policy applies to all riders, couriers, and drivers using the inGo platform. It explains what items cannot be transported or delivered.

1. Overview

inGo is committed to safe, legal, and responsible transportation and delivery services.
Users must not request or transport prohibited items. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and legal action where applicable.

2. Prohibited Items

You may not transport, deliver, or request transport of:

🔹 Illegal Items

• Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances prohibited by Zimbabwean law
• Stolen goods or property
• Items banned under Zimbabwean or local law

🔹 Dangerous & Hazardous Items

• Explosives, fireworks, or flammable materials
• Corrosive chemicals, acids, or toxic substances
• Radioactive materials

🔹 Weapons & Firearms

• Guns, ammunition, or knives (unless legally authorized)
• Other items intended to cause harm

🔹 Restricted Items

• Perishable items requiring special handling, unless pre-approved
• Any items that violate transportation, courier, or safety regulations

🔹 Items That Threaten Safety or App Integrity

• Items that may damage vehicles, property, or other users’ safety
• Items exceeding size or weight limits for trips or deliveries

3. Rider & Courier Responsibility

• Riders: Do not request pickup or delivery of prohibited items
• Riders: Refuse to transport any prohibited items
• Report suspicious requests or items to inGo immediately

4. Consequences of Violation

• Immediate cancellation of ride or delivery
• Account suspension or permanent deactivation
• Possible legal action in accordance with Zimbabwean law
• For mobile money payments, no refunds for trips involving prohibited items

5. Safety & Insurance Implications

• Transporting prohibited items voids any insurance coverage for riders or couriers
• inGo is not liable for accidents, losses, or damages resulting from prohibited items

6. Reporting Prohibited Items

• Use the in-app support feature to report suspected prohibited items
• Include trip/delivery details and, if safe, photos or descriptions
• inGo will investigate and take appropriate action

7. Compliance

• inGo complies with Zimbabwean law, transport regulations, and RBZ mobile money guidelines
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
