📱 inGo – User Terms Summary (Riders & Couriers)

By using inGo, you agree to these Terms.

🚗 What inGo Is

inGo, operated by Kiggata Investment (Zimbabwe), is a platform connecting riders, senders, drivers, and couriers.
We do not provide transport or delivery services directly.

👤 Who Can Use inGo

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate account information
• Use the app lawfully

💳 Payments

• Pay using Cash, EcoCash, OneMoney, or other in-app options
• Prices/fare shown before confirmation
• Completed trips/deliveries are non-refundable, except where required by law

📲 Mobile Money

• You authorize payments via your wallet
• Ensure enough funds and correct mobile number
• inGo is not responsible for network delays or reversals
• Approved refunds go to the same wallet
• inGo follows RBZ guidelines for mobile money payments

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

• Fees may apply for cancellation or no-show
• Repeated cancellations may limit or suspend your account

⚠️ Conduct Rules

Do not:

• Harass or threaten others
• Transport illegal or dangerous items
• Damage property or misuse the app
• Break traffic or other laws

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

🛡️ Insurance & Safety

• Riders: are responsible for their own insurance. Wear helmets, Hi Viz and other relevant protective wear and follow safety rules.
• Riders: You must have personal, motorcycle, insurance. inGo is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless stated otherwise.
• Passengers to wear helmets 

🚨 Accidents & Incidents

• Ensure personal safety first
• Contact emergency services if needed
• Report the incident via the app or support as soon as possible
• Cooperate with investigations if required

📦 Deliveries

• Accept deliveries professionally and promptly
• Handle items with care
• Prohibited items: illegal goods, dangerous/hazardous items, weapons, or items prohibited by law

⭐ Ratings & Feedback

• Rate respectfully and honestly
• Abusive or false ratings may be removed
• Poor ratings or misconduct may result in warnings or account restrictions

⚖️ Liability

inGo is not responsible for:

• Actions of riders, couriers, or users
• Accidents, injuries, delays, or losses
• Mobile money system issues

📍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
